Processor: The individual or legal entity that alone or jointly with other individuals or legal entities processes personal data on behalf of and under the instruction of the data controller, in accordance with the processes, terms and conditions indicated by the data controller.
LFPDPPP: Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals.
Regulation: Regulation of the LFPDPPP Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals.
Responsible: It is Insaite, and its subsidiaries and branches, acting individually or jointly with other entities of the same Business Group collects personal data for processing in accordance with the purposes stated in this PRIVACY NOTICE.
What is personal data?

How can you exercise your ARCO rights: access or rectify your personal data; or cancel or oppose its use?

You are the owner of your personal data and it is our responsibility to give the treatment you want to them, as long as it does not affect the provision of the service you have agreed with Insaite. It may extend this period up to 15 (fifteen) more working days, when the case warrants it, prior notification of such situation to the Data Subject.
The delivery of Personal Data will be free of charge upon proof of identity before the Controller. By exception, in those cases in which derived from the particular request of the Data Controller, justified shipping costs are generated to the Data Controller; and if applicable, reproduction costs or costs for the generation of copies or other formats that have as a reason to meet the request of the Data Controller, the Data Controller shall pay, in those cases in which it warrants it, such costs to the Data Controller, situation that will be informed to the Data Controller by the Data Controller prior to the delivery of the data.
